Marokka’s First Christmas
Mirroring the new normal, the first ever Marokka Design Christmas advert is set on the now extremely popular, online conference call. Launched last week, in time for the Christmas countdown, the online advert highlights some of the great accomplishments that Marokka Design have achieved in such an unexpected first year. This fun and family friendly advert strikes a balance between informative and imaginative.
The online ad features a variety of the animal based products come to life over the call, with the intention of brainstorming ideas for the advert. While brainstorming ideas, the sculptures are going into detail about their expanding Marokka family and the projects they have been a part of.
Some of the news points touched upon in the advert were the great work that Marokka have done in collaboration with other businesses and charities. Some of which include; London based charity called Dogs on the Street, a charity dedicated to helping dogs that belong to the homeless and those struggling to ensure that they receive any necessary veterinary treatment and the Aspinall Foundation, a globally recognised animal conservation charity.
Although a difficult year for many Marokka have made strides in expanding its portfolio of products including the latest launches; Ava a seven framed motion high definition lenticular showing her power and grace in flight and the Half-cut Candles collaboration released in the summer. The candles are available in three scents named after the pre-existing sculptures, Gus, Yorick and Frank.
