Woven Image introduces FOCUS WAVE, a striking evolution of its hero upholstery range Focus. The new collection, which is part of the Exquisite Evolution range released in June 2020, features the beautiful yet hard wearing fabrics of Focus but with a quilted finish resulting in FOCUS WAVE.

As the world adapts to social distancing and our gradual return to the office, the boundaries between home working and the traditional office environment will blur even further. Tactile and relaxed fabrics more traditionally seen in hospitality settings will be used to create an informal and flexible working environment. FOCUS WAVE salutes this trend with its stitched and quilted herringbone design, softening the textile and providing a gorgeous three-dimensional surface.

FOCUS WAVE is available in 8 colourways, following on-trend fabric colours of the Focus collection but with the addition of contrast curved stitching in a wave formation. The quilted fabric can be railroaded (rotated 90 degrees) to change the pattern orientation from a vertical stripe to a horizontal stripe. Railroading results in a continuous length of fabric, making it ideal for upholstering workstations and larger pieces of furniture with minimal seams or joins.

The collection includes dramatic black and white combinations to a selection of colours including soft blush pink, a vibrant indigo blue with red stitched highlights, ivy green and orange, through to a beautiful marle grey with a yellow accent.

The considered colour palette co-ordinates seamlessly with the Woven Image new colour releases of 24mm EchoPanel® and the new Ion range – embossed floor to ceiling panel, as well as the existing interior-finishes providing total floor plate solutions.

Exceeding performance requirements for commercial interiors and providing an exquiste evolution to the Woven Image Focus upholstery collection, FOCUS WAVE is a beautifully resolved quilted fabric solution.
