At INDEX Saudi 2025, Humanscale will present a curated selection of its most iconic and innovative designs, including its award-winning chairs, sit/stand solutions and monitor arms.
The design classic, Freedom will be showcased with three iterations; Freedom 25 Special Edition, Freedom Headrest, Freedom Task Chair. The original Freedom Chair by Humanscale has become a lasting icon. Introduced 25 years ago, this revolutionary ergonomic seat, designed by the late Niels Diffrient, set a new standard in office seating and continues to influence the industry today. The story of the Freedom Chair is a testament to the power of thoughtful design and innovation in solving real-world problems.
The Liberty Chair, which is inspired by clothing design, utilisess different stretch mesh, ensuring a personalised fit and maximum adaptability. Unlike traditional single-panel mesh chairs, the Mesh takes on the exact shape of the sitter’s back, as if it were made for them, like a bespoke suit jacket. Perfect for dynamic workspaces, Liberty promotes balanced movement for enhanced comfort throughout the day.
The Different World chair by Niels Diffrient for Humanscale is a minimalist task chair that adapts automatically to the user. With a weight-sensitive recline, frameless mesh back, and fewer parts, it offers effortless comfort, sustainability, and a clean aesthetic – delivering ergonomics that feel simple, natural, and responsive.
The world’s most sustainable task chair, the Path Chair, is a self-adjusting task chair designed for ultimate ergonomic comfort and minimal environmental impact.
The Trea Lite chairs, created in collaboration with acclaimed designer Todd Bracher will also be on display to offer intuitive comfort, by mimicking the human body’s natural recline and embracing its sitter in a supportive shell.
Float Gather Table will also be on display designed to bring people together. Float Gather’s seamless height adjustment allows everyone to find their comfort level, promoting active collaboration and engagement.
Also represented are Humanscale’s Monitor Arms, designed to improve ergonomics, free up desk space, and support healthier posture at work. Sleek, durable and effortless adjustment of screen height, depth, and angle with a light touch. By reducing neck, back, and eye strain, these monitor arms create more comfortable, efficient, and adaptable workspaces.
These products reflect Humanscale’s design philosophy of simplicity, high-performance, and sustainability, where every product enhances user well-being. By focusing on ergonomics and environmental responsibility, Humanscale continues to set the standard for the future of workplace and interior design.
