Ergo announces successful letting of 77,000 sq.ft of prime industrial space in Stafford to global food testing firm FDL
Ergo Real Estate, on behalf of Aver Property (its JV with NFU Mutual), is pleased to announce that it has let 77,000 sq.ft of prime industrial space in Stafford to FDL, a specialist food ingredient manufacturer for over sixty years https://www.ergostafford.co.uk .
The firm has agreed to a 15-year lease of Unit 1 of the site, located approximately 1 mile from Junction 14 of the M6 motorway which provides good communications to Manchester to the north as well as Birmingham and the M6 Toll to the south.
Unit 2, which consists of 66,000 sq.ft is currently still available with Savills and Harris Lamb acting as joint agents. Both units boast a steel portal frame construction with profile clad elevations and insulated profile clad roofs and are completed to a high quality sustainable specification, targeting an EPC Rating of A and BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating.
The site is located off Shackleton Way, in an established distribution location 1.5 miles north of Stafford town centre.
