Six months after Practical Completion, Axis J9 a substantial scheme in Bicester Oxfordshire of five prominent industrial and warehousing units, has been fully let to Arrival, an innovator in the Electrical Vehicle (EV) market and Origin, the UK’s leading specialist manufacturer of bespoke aluminium Bi-folding Doors and Windows.

The, 200,000 sq. ft development was funded by Aver Property Partnership, a joint venture between Ergo Real Estate and NFU Mutual, and developed with Albion Land to deliver high-quality space to meet the needs of the UK’s growing logistics sector. The high-specification units of with ample production and distribution facilities plus grade A office space attracted a high calibre of potential tenants. Axis J9 also has strong sustainability credentials and has been designed to incorporate a carbon zero specification to, achieve a BREAAM ‘Very Good’ rating.
