BW: Workplace Experts (BW) has built on its earlier success, achieving 4 solid years of growth in turnover and profitability. The latest results (2018) show a 20% increased on turnover to £180m with pre-tax profits of £5.2 up 26.9% on the previous year.

BW identified a gap in the workplace fit-out sector for a credible third choice in the top tier, that could consistently deliver high-quality projects of all scales and size and its growth in excess of 60% since 2014 supports that assertion.

BW’s strategy is compelling in its simplicity, which is to increase each year the number of genuinely defect-free project completions.

In addition to its determination to ensure an exemplary customer experience, BW has invested heavily to develop fulfilling career paths for its employees, aiding recruitment and retention of the most talented people in the industry, with over 150 new joiners since 2014.

The BW board is deeply committed to the implementation of a long-term strategy of sustainable value creation. This is based on being the most consistent high-quality service provider in our sector.

Steve Elliott, CEO of BW: Workplace Experts said: “2018 was another outstanding year with double-digit turnover growth and strong profitability. Our strategy for 2019 remains simple: to increase the number of genuinely defect free project completions, and an increase of profitability congruous with the higher level of defect free projects.”

Anthony Brown, Sales and Marketing Director of BW: Workplace Experts said: “Our world-class service emanates from an organisational culture and working environment that stimulates and rewards the most talented people available. With 300% growth in the number of BW employees over the last 4 years, the BW board will focus on a strategy that encompasses future thinking to ensure our culture is providing a platform for longer term growth.”
